I had been looking on the web for several weeks so I knew what I wanted. The web site was very good and had lots of pictures in good lighting. I was approached by Helena within minutes of my arrival and was treated by a salesperson who understands how its done. I never felt pushed or steered to a different or higher priced vehicle. I paid a fair price for my purchase and I also received a fair price for my trade-in and the deal went smoothly. I arrived the next day to pick up the car and it had been detailed nicely. I enjoyed this experience and it was worth the drive. As a salesman myself, I know that reputation is key and customer service means customer retention. I was not happy with the appraisal of my truck as your app. was the lowest of three I got . the discounts made me decide to trade. however. I was disapointed with the interest rate as my credit score was really good !! stil having trouble with my new truck with the (rear sensor blocked )(see owners manual) MESSAGE. was having this trouble befor we left the lot .
