Had my Lincoln towed in as it wouldn't start. I was initially advised that it would take 2-3 days to look at, given the number of cars already in the shop. In fact, someone looked at it the very day, but just to ensure that the problem was fixed they asked for an additional day to do a "cold start" of the car, which was fine with me. Harrold Ford isn't inexpensive, but I've always had perfectly good service. Another note: Rebecca (the service person I dealt with) is a bit brusque, but she's got your back, so don't be put off. She definitely went the extra mile on this one. Also, don't know if it was a full moon or something, but several customers in the service area at the time I was there were having collective melt-downs, and the service staff were at pains to be as polite and obliging as they could with The Great American Public (Far more than I would have done.....) Simple oil change shouldn’t take 2 hours! Now oil reminder stuck on 100%, can’t clear message. Same thing last visit. Technicians tend to check things off without checking! On a visit the battery went hours after I picked my truck up from their service dept. The tech had checked the box that battery was OK. As well the wipers were tattered and the tech checked that off too. On most recent visit things were better and I was told the prior technician was no longer employed there. Furthermore, CarDoc provides very little benefit for its cost. I would never buy it again. More

My first visit to Harold Ford was for my 10,000 mile service and I was very pleased. My service writer Rebeccah, was very kind, courteous, and informative. Quality at this service dept. seems to have greatly deteriorated since my last visit. A loose wire from the battery was not caught and as a result I was stranded with a dead battery 2 days after the deteriorated since my last visit. My Edge is 6 months old and had approximately 2100 miles on it - I made an appointment at your dealership for 9 a.m. and will wait for an oil and filter change! Grady and I had a nice conversation about the service, but he had a hard time trying to figure how to write the repair order. I should have more mileage, but not driving much - He told me it would be 2 hrs - I was upset as I don't understand how an oil and filter change can take so long - I was a service writer for over 35 years. Finally I was able to pick up the truck - they wrote it up for a 10,000 mile service - apparently they also road tested my truck as the the seat and mirror were adjusted? Also the program is to be reset to let you know when the next service is due - did not get reprogrammed. Things need to change!!! I would recommend the service people! Just frustrated. Spare car keys we waited for nearly 6 months, still nothing yet received. They just good at brainwashing people to buy cars from them and once what they want is done to them - (bought cars) that’s it. nothing yet received.
