I have been a customer with Harrold Ford for over 5 years and for the most part the service was supreme. Only once did I have to take it back in and the problem was quickly resolved and I was on my way. Th and for the most part the service was supreme. My service rep never called me back after I left a message about the 90 k service being done on my F250. He told me later that they were very busy and understaffed. The dealership should hire mor help if this an ongoing problem which I think it is. That’s what I was told by a salesman after one of my calls rolled over to the sales department. Also I see that my engine coolant was not refilled to at least the minimum line so now I have to try to get ahold of someone to arrange to go back and get it filled to proper level (tried today but no one answered the phone.) I am on my third Ford Fusion, and I would not think of anybody else to service it except for Chuck Higgins... He is honest, hardworking, and literally the best.
