After giving up on finding a replacement truck. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Travis at Harrold Ford, calling to tell me he thought they had the perfect truck for me. I came down and it was pretty much everything that I was looking for, and more. The price was a bit high but, then it is a sellers market and they were able to get me financed where everyone else failed. So, I am very appreciative. More

Seriously DO NO RECOMMEND Harrold Ford or ANY dealership that's a part of Victory Automotive Group! (Folsom Lake Ford, Downtown Ford, Harrold Ford). More
From the first interaction with Harrold Ford I was underwhelmed. Multiple calls and messages over a few months with no call backs, their 'Lightning guy' never reached out when I was able to make an or underwhelmed. After waiting for a Ford Lightning invitation email, I finally received one from Ford indicating I can make my order. Ready to put the order in, I called Harrold Ford to ensure any additional charges wouldn't be added to MSRP- as per Ford corporate. Leaving a message with both the 'Lightning guy' and speaking directly with the sales manager- Bryan, I was told they would be automatically adding an $15,000 to the purchase price. This is in complete disregard to Ford corporate memo's that have been released. Needless to say I was frustrated with Harrold Ford. After speaking with corporate a few more times I was able to change my reservation from Harrold Ford to Folsom Lake Ford, where they: called back and kept me in the loop as well as aren't charging anything over MSRP. Harrold Ford lost out on: My Lightning order, my Maverick resale and any future orders. Please, go anywhere but Harrold Ford. More
Let me start by saying that coming from a car salesperson family, I am tough to please. I refuse to pay for ridiculous add-ons and huge markups above MSRP. I wanted a very specific car, for a very specific price, and I was not going to be swayed. After meeting with too many slimy dealerships and talking to probably 15 other dealerships that kept trying to sell me on cars or features I didn't want, I came upon Harrold Ford. Words cannot describe how giddy I felt walking out the door with my new car! The whole process was seamless - David, Oscar, Jeff, and Khaled just made the process so transparent. They even let me bring my dog to see whether he could clear the height of the SUV I was looking at and showered him with love. They were the opposite of pushy. Great communication, total honesty, friendly, just a really positive experience. I'm glad I trusted my gut and didn't go with the first car I found at a different dealer. I really cannot recommend these folks enough. More
Took my vehicle in for regular service, recall work, and to have a trim piece that had fallen off replaced. After waiting for 5 days, I finally got a call that my vehicle was ready to pick up. When they brought my vehicle out, I noticed that the trim piece had not been replaced. Now I will have to make another appointment to have this work done. Appointments are about 3 weeks out based on my last experience; not good!!! More

Charlie, my service advisor was great! Explained everything to me and made sure I understood! When picking up my car, the customer service attendant seemed irritated while he spoke to me. The cashier wasn’t too pleasant either. She just kept saying to talk to my service advisor. Hope she had a better weekend! More
