Dreadful expectations/happy outcomes I've always been a "car guy". I race sports cars. The last time I bought a new car was in the 1970s. Ten years ago I would have scoffed at the idea I've always been a "car guy". I race sports cars. The last time I bought a new car was in the 1970s. Ten years ago I would have scoffed at the idea of buying a Hyundai. When I found myself needing a car I seriously considered Toyota, Mazda or Subaru, and I went into Harrisonburg Hyundai as much out of curiosity as anything else. It was my first (and, as it turns out, my last) stop. Nicole greeted me and patiently showed me an Elantra. After defining my needs, she went for a test drive with me and basically showed me around the car as we went. I was quite pleasantly surprised my that car, enough so that I bought it. I know buying a car can be a pain in the neck, but this wasn't. I was quite favorably impressed by the car, the dealership, and by Nicole's congenial yet professional approach. Rifht now i'm a happy camper. More

For my first new car purchase, I was impressed at how easy the whole process went. My first contact was with Travis Bracato who deals with the online sales. Travis was very helpful and listened to what it was I wanted. He made suggestions but was never pushy. I actually ended up getting a different model than I had researched online but I couldn't be happier!
