F150 Repairs I recently took my 2006 F150 to Harrisonburg Ford to repair a leak in my power steering system. I worked with Paulo Alvez, one of the service writers. He was very helpful figuring out if this repair was going to be covered by an extended warranty, that I got when I bought the truck used. It was covered! We made an appointment and I dropped my truck off. They promptly started the repairs and found that they needed to order additional parts. This added another day to the repairs, but that wasn't their fault. My truck is now fixed and I only had to pay the low deductible. Very good experience! More

I have not had good past experiences with Harrisonburg Ford but thought I would try again after several years but was very disappointed once again. I previously used Jim Snead Ford but relocated to Harrisonburg but I will make the drive back to Waynesboro for good service. More
