I came to Harrisonburg Ford with the intentions of trading in my old Pontiac for something a little newer. I was greeted by Jamie, who proceeded to give me a tour of the lot and show me a wide range o trading in my old Pontiac for something a little newer. I was greeted by Jamie, who proceeded to give me a tour of the lot and show me a wide range of about 10 to 12 different cars that might suit my interest. Jamie was very informative and energentic. He was very professional and, while clearly interested in making a sale, didn't try to sell me on the first car I mentioned just so he could line his pockets. I appreciated that, as well as his patience, as we were looking at different cars for at least an hour before he let me test-drive the new Ford Focus. I left that parking lot with a greater understanding about cars and have told all my friends that, if they ever needed a car, they should definitely get one from Jamie. I was immensely impressed with how he handled himself and his care for the customer. In a business filled with sleazy salesmen who are just trying to make a quick deal, it's nice to know that there are people like Jamie who are considerate and knowledgable and make customers like me feel comfortable with our minds at ease.
