What I was told the price was different when I got there. They were very nice but I would have never driven that far if I knew the price was only going to be discounted $500. They were very nice but I would have never driven that far if I knew the price was only going to be discounted $500. More

We had a horrible experience in Harris Ford Lincoln and decided not to buy from this dealer ever. After initial negotiations, the Sales Manager - Eric - gave me a call on 7/15/2023 stating he agreed to decided not to buy from this dealer ever. After initial negotiations, the Sales Manager - Eric - gave me a call on 7/15/2023 stating he agreed to the Selling Price of $43500 at 2.9% interest for Ford Mustang Mach-E Select AWD, so as scheduled I went down to Ford Harison Lynnwood on 7/16/2023 afternoon with my family. Even when the numbers were discussed with Eric , I confirmed the interest rate and he kept on saying its 2.9% considering my down payment of $10K for a selling price of $43.5K But then suddenly the finance manager Jacob shows up and says the interest rate will be around 6% , that too after already running my credit check and knowing that my score is 745+ The finance manager Jacob refused to sell the car to us at $43.5K and 2.9% . Nothing wrong with that had it not hit my credit . I thought the people in there are professionals and will honor their commitments especially after running my credit check and getting a score of 745+. In all my experiences of buying cars and talking to all dealers I haven't found such unprofessional behavior and tendency to cheat customers after hitting their credit check. If this is how they intend to run your business , good luck. We are out of it !! More

Hopefully t 6th, 2022. When leaving Harris Ford Lincoln in my new vehicle they advised "sorry you have a low battery and multiple warning indicators. Hopefully they will go away in a few days." I had to drive 50 miles home. Three of the tires were severely low. There was a film of oil on the inside of the front window causing poor visibility in the sun. There was trash under the front passenger seat. My family attorney was shocked to find out one of the warning indicators was for the airbag-seatbelt and yet they allowed me to drive it home. The definition for the airbag-seatbelt warning light states "The airbag light indicates that something is wrong with the seatbelts or airbags. That means that it's probably not safe to drive with the airbag light on. If it stays illuminated in your vehicle, we recommend having it towed to the dealership rather than driving it yourself." They knew it was illuminated yet put my safety in danger and sent me down the road. I sent a detailed written complaint to the General Manager Luk Blackwell. I sent several written complaints and he didn't even respond for almost a week. When Luk Blackwell responded he didn't even apologize, say he was sorry or show any concern for the danger he put my family in. His response was cold, no compassion or concern for me or my family. I could have died in a collision and Harris Ford Lincoln knew that when they delivered the vehicle. WARNING Do not buy from Harris Ford Lincoln. They deserve a 0 out of 5 rating but I had to give them a 1 out of 5 to share my horror story. Please share with family and friends. You potentially could save a life! More

Held off on this review for a while to give the dealership time to correct some of their mistakes but unfortunately progress is not being made so here it goes - I've purchased 2 vehicles from th dealership time to correct some of their mistakes but unfortunately progress is not being made so here it goes - I've purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer in the last 4 months. Both of which were significantly over MSRP. The times we are in I guess. I traded in a very expensive car for the first vehicle and the Harris Ford owed me almost $75k as a refund in the price difference. I was told that they would cut a check as soon as I gave them the title, which I provided on the day I traded in the car. No check. Was told that it took a few days for admin to cut checks. Few days went by, no check. Over a month later, after floating the dealer $75k I finally, after constant reminders, I received my money. I believe they were waiting until they had my trade sold until they cut me a check. Nice to have customers willing to float money for a large dealership..... The vehicle I purchased was listed as "In-transit" and I was told that it would only be 2-3 weeks until it arrived. 3 months later the car had not arrived. Not the dealer's fault but frustrating because I kept hearing from them "It'll be here any day" for 3 months. When the vehicle arrived, it was damaged. Bad! As DentSolutions in Bellevue described, someone had stepped on the roof and then attempted to punch the headliner to fix it. After 2 days of no progress from the dealership, I decided to go pick up the car and deal with the dent myself. When I arrived, the car was FILTHY!!! Dirt all over the inside and paint had significant swirls marks. Not what I expected when I purchased a $123k car. I personally took the car to DentSolutions, a 2 hour drive each way for me. The guys there are unbelievably great to work with with. I had to wait a week to get onto their schedule, in which time I repeatedly contacted Harris Ford to see how they wanted to pay to have the damage fixed. Guess what?! Crickets! Fortunately, DentSolutions were able to spend a full day and get the car back to factory condition. $3000 later, no response from Harris Ford, a full day's time and me personally paying for the bill, the car was fixed. As of writing this, it's been 2 weeks since the work was done and I have yet to receive any compensation from Harris Ford. Floating money for them again while they wait for Ford Corporate to send them money. I could continue on about some other things but you get the point. The whole experience was terrible. Some things were out of the dealership's control but the effort to correct those things and go above and beyond as a dealership did not happen. I will not be going back to this dealer and I do not recommend them to potential customers. More
