In The End.... I had the best salesman, Jerry McIntosh. He was so polite and honest. I had a nice credit rating and had also done my research on interest rates and I had the best salesman, Jerry McIntosh. He was so polite and honest. I had a nice credit rating and had also done my research on interest rates and knew what I thought was fair. After Jerry had guided me and helped me decide on my vehicle was where the confusion come into play. I was quoted a bottom line price and offered Nissan Financing to get my additional credit, but when I go into the Financing Office to sign papers I was given a higher interest rate than agreed on and not through the Nissan Company therefore losing my credit. I stated my unhappiness with the situation of agreeing with one thing and changing things from one office to another. I am not sure why this happened, but it left me not feeling very good. Another guy can in as I was getting up to leave and said he would sign off on it like he was doing me a favor. I guess at that time the financing was handled the way I was told that it would. I want to give a good rating to Harrelson with a small warning. Get your agreement before the Financing office and make sure you get what is agreed upon. Find a good salesman that you feel comfortable with like Jerry McIntosh!! He cared and I only felt that with him at the dealership....the others could careless if I was making what to me what was a very important investment, a great car, and wanted the best deal a single, hardworking, woman could get. Jerry was there for me, but on the financing side....improvement is needed on a clear bottom line. Love my purchase, think I got what I was wanting financing wise, and in the end feel satisfied in saying....Harrelson Nissan is a good provider, but have your home work done in the financing area. After being turned down by several dealerships, I did not think there would be any success until Harrelson Nissan came to the rescue. When I applied by phone to see if I were pre approved, the sales department called my back in a very short time frame. It was so nice to finally go to a dealership and have the entire support of the dealership. When I was told I was approved, they meant it. The staff from sales, to financing were all amazing. I am an avid car buyer and I will return to Harrelson Nissan in the near future for my next vehicle purchase. I sincerely thank everyone especially Lloyd Edwards for all that you have done. More

Ladies beware of this three-ring circus! Haazim was a GREAT saleman. He was very gracious to my family and worked hard to find us a vehicle that we liked. I could not speak better of him. Negotiating with the finance managers however was a nightmare. I came in prequalified for three times the vehichle's worth with near perfect (800+) credit only to be literally insulted, told to "listen here, young lady" and told that I needed to "do my research about car prices" because I asked them to knock 1000 off (the audacity!!) the price of a 2014 in order to make the deal approach the deals I had found at other dealers. I was literally chased after, promised one number, and given another. They even texted me a contract after I left claiming to have taken 1000 off. When I read the contract, that was not the amount that had been discounted. Fortunately for me I had done my research and found a better deal elsewhere at Crossroad Ford in Indian Trail, with EXCEPTIONAL service. Friendly people, straightshooters for the most part, a playground for the kids, a diner....and a quality car at a fair price. From the moment I was greeted until the time I left, I has treated with dignity. Hear me ladies...take your business where you will be respected! We work way too hard to be swindled! *Hint: The Capitol 1 AutoNavigate App is a great tool for comparing rates and finance charges BEFORE seeing any finance manager. Even if you don't end up financing through Capital 1 (I did not), I highly recommend using it to see how different scenarios and terms affect the bottom line.
