I called around 10 am and they said they could take me in just after noon the same day! I arrived 30 minutes early & they took me right in. I showed them a coupon from their site which included a tire rotation. They did both at a great price and also gave me a coupon for a complimentary car wash they have right on site. Service advisor Michael Mathieu made sure I was happy with everything, which I certainly was! Thank you for taking care of my wife's Journey today. I'll be back the next time I need something for the Journey! More

I called off the purchase of a 2016 Colorado after going back and fourth for 13 days. Jay and Lanre were absolutely no help, and tried giving me attitude for their dealerships multiple errors. They failed to properly endorse the bank check I brought to them, which delayed to process by at least 5 days. They NEVER called back when they said they would. It took me calling back several hours after they said they’d call. Absolute worst experience from a customer that was extremely proactive with everything that needed to be done. I also did my own financing. More
