The employees are very friendly and the price of the vehicle was very good. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy a vehicle, but Harr employees worked very diligently and professionally with me until vehicle was very good. We stopped to look at trucks. We were specific about wanting the 0% financing. Rich showed us the 2010 leftovers and one was close to what we wanted, a few unneeded extras though. They noticed that my husband was wearing a USMC hat and offered a military discount...our son is in the service. We were close to agreeing on a price and asked for a quote on a 2011 truck without the extras. The manager offered to deduct the price of the features if we would close the deal on the 2010. This was the 1st time I left a dealership feeling like I got a decent deal on a new vehicle. Thank you! More

I had an excellent experience with Harr. I was in the market to purchase two Jeeps. I had been to other dealerships but was not comfortable with the staff, the price, or the service. I came to Harr Chrysler Jeep Dodge to look at a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan that was advertised. This was to be a second vehicle that I would use for work. My budget was fixed and low! Richard was happy to work with me and showed me several that they had available. The one I wanted and the one that would work for my budget had some body damage that was a deal breaker for me. Richard got the business manager, the used car division manager and even the manager of their body shop involved on a snowy Saturday afternoon. Every one was professional, knowledgeable and most important willing to make me a happy customer. They agreed to repair all the body damage, replace the rear bumper cover and replace the hood which had rust. They all went beyond what I expected. The van was like new within less than a week! My experience with Harr was awful. I went in looking for a used or new Jeep Wrangler that I could afford. During my first visit I talked with Mike about what options I was looking for and how much I was wil a used or new Jeep Wrangler that I could afford. During my first visit I talked with Mike about what options I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. He showed me some options and we test drove one but I left without making a decision so I could shop around. He called me several times about other vehicles he thought I might be interested in, and one evening I went down to talk to him about them. When I arrived I asked to see Mike however he had already left for the day. The sales manager Brett said that another salesman, Lee could help me. I felt uncomfortable dealing with a different salesman that didn't know what I wanted. He showed me the vehicles that Mike had mentioned to me and I was somewhat interested with one in particular but was unsure if I could afford it. I sat down with Lee to discuss financing. I had an idea of what I could spend and in order to find out if I could afford this vehicle I was pressured into signing a contract and depositing $200 with the understanding that this contract was so they could check my credit and was assured by Lee and Brett that I could get my money back if I couldn't purchase it. I specifically asked them several times before signing. The next day Lee called and said that the finance manager Paul had gotten some numbers and I should come in to talk with him. I went in that night. He showed me what he had come up with and it was more than I had wanted to spend. After trying to make a deal and deciding I needed to think about my options, I asked Paul if I could get my deposit back if I didn't agree to any of the deals, and he said yes. The next day I called Lee and left him a message to let him know I didn't want to make a deal and I wanted my deposit back as I was promissed and asked for him to call me back to let me know when I could come and get it. He never returned my call. I went in that evening to find out when I could get my money back was rudely turned away by the sales manager Brett. Even my friend that was with me was appalled by the way he spoke to me. I went back again later that night with my boyfriend and another friend who had dealt with Harr before. We ended up arguing over the situation, during which I was actually given a copy of the contract I had signed, and ended up leaving without my money. After having some time to review the contract I realized that it was incomplete and they clearly had the intention of adding to it after it was already signed, which is fraud. I attempted several times to contact the general manager about this issue but was given no reply. This experience cost me six visits, numerous phone calls, and $200. I will never go to Harr again and neither will any of my friends or family. More
I don't have enough words to describe them... I was surprized when I got there! I just went to see if I could buy a car. And the deal was made right there at the first visit.
