About a month ago, I brought my car to Harr for scheduled maintenance. I had two hours to kill so of course I walked around the lot to check out vehicles. I had been thinking about buying a new car, but hadn't completely made up my mind. After being out there for about 10 minutes, I was approached by a salesman who introduced himself as Tom Sanderson. He was friendly, knowledgeable, upbeat, and most importantly not a "salesman" in the sense that I didn't feel pressured to "buy a car from him now". I told him I was just looking and he said to see him if I had any questions. Two weeks later, I returned back to Harr, knowing that I was going to buy a new Jeep Compass. I asked for Tom who was able to answer the questions about the Jeep I planned on buying in a sincere and "non-salesman" way. I got more for my trade-in than anticipated and drove my new Jeep off the lot that day. From start to finish, this was one of the best car-buying experiences ever. From meeting with Paul Dumas about financing who completely and thoroughly explained all my financing options to the crew who were grilling up a Memorial Day BBQ - this dealership is top-notch!
