I searched there website for a vehicle. After finding one, I had contacted the dealership, via email from there site, Asking them if this specific vehicle was available. It was a 2014 Grand Cherokee, wit one, I had contacted the dealership, via email from there site, Asking them if this specific vehicle was available. It was a 2014 Grand Cherokee, with a msrp of $37980 and a sale price of $26616. That's over $11,000 in savings. I listed my preferred contact method as email. I did this for several days without a response. I tried again, leaving a contact number, but still using email as preferred method. Now they would call, yet every time they did they wouldn't say if the vehicle was there or not. They just said to come to the dealership we have many Jeeps in stock with great prices. Now after five days I received an email telling me that the 2013 Grand Cherokee was an excellent choice and I should again come in for a test drive. Well they didn't have any 2013's on there lot. The Jeep in question was a 2014. So after I replied back explaining this, I never heard from them again. Needless to say that Jeep is still there with a different price. A savings of about $1200. Now I can understand an internet error, in regards to the price, but they could have just said that. Instead they left the price wrong for over a week. Seems pretty fishy to me. A bait and switch move in my opinion. Lour you there with a bogus price then try to sell you something else. I'll never go near this dealership again!! More
I went in to trade my car in for a newer used vehicle. After inspecting my trade in they valued it at close to $3,000 below the Kelly Blue Book value. When I referenced the KBB the salesman told me that they use the KBB value more as a reference and not a guideline. He said that the sales manager would take a quick look around the internet to determine the value of my vehicle. They told me what they would offer on my trade in and they wouldn't budge from that number. They also wouldn't budge frmo the price of their new vehicle, telling me they were already priced as low as they can be(yeah right). They also tried to upsell me into a newer vehicle, telling me that it woould be a better deal. It is apparent that this dealership does not welcome people who don[t want to be swindled. Unless you accept their excuses and their "standard" rebates they don't want to do business with you. Stay away, stay far away from this place. More

The whole experience went over very smoothly and easy, at no time did I feel like I was being pressured nor pushed into a car I didn't want. I had a great experience with them. They utterly refused to budge on their asking price. But I couldn't complain too much as it was already the best I was able to find within quite a distance. Worked hard t to budge on their asking price. But I couldn't complain too much as it was already the best I was able to find within quite a distance. Worked hard to appease me. And feel condifent I did everything in my power to squeeze blood from the nickles. They called several times afterward to make sure I was happy and there was nothing else they could do. The sales manager even called at one point to ask why I hadn't been back to use their free car wash. Could not be happier with them. More

I had a unique situation where I needed to trade in a vehicle that had negative equity and needed to get a high value car in return.
