AMAZING I live in Chattanooga and was in the market for a new car. Every dealership i went to treated me like i was a dumb girl and wouldn't work with what wa I live in Chattanooga and was in the market for a new car. After visiting the Honda dealership i left in tears and gave up hope on buying a new car from a dealership. A friend introduced me to KIMO and told me that he would treat me right! I have never been treated like a princess in my entire life until i walked into Harper Volkswagen! I told him over the phone what i wanted and he said he would take care of me. I genuinely felt like i was taking to a friend and not a salesman. when i got to knoxville he had a couple choices for me and walked me through all the options that were best for ME!! best customer service experience ever!!! More

Well, our experience at Harper's VW was very different! We were pleasantly surprised when Mark Hammock approached us with a no-pressure approach. He took time to listen to what our family vehicle needs were and made some great recommendations based on what he heard from us. He didn't take us to the most expensive cars on the lot... he took us to the vehicles that were practical for us. Then, he educated us on each of the vehicles and, he really knows his stuff! He sent us home with literature and asked that we think about it over night; he wasn't just trying to close the deal! When we returned the next day we'd made our decision but, he insisted that we drive the vehicle again just to be sure. I had originally completed another survey in which I scored Mark from a 7-10 in some categories. This wasn't a reflection on his service or the dealerships.
