2019 Gulf Wagon, 13400 mi in for routine maint. Said I needed wheel alignment for $500 because my model was very difficult. Also said I had "chopped" tires. Recently, I purchased a used vehicle from Harper Acura. From the first day I walked into the dealership I was assigned a sales rep, Steve Holmes, who took care of me every step of the way. Steve helped me find the perfect vehicle at a great price. I’m a terrible driver and have been through my fair share of cars. So, believe me when I say that I have felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or neglected despite buying something with a lower-than-average sticker price. In fact, I can honestly say that I received the same level of excellent service purchasing a used car with a much lower sticker price as I did when purchasing a brand-new infinity from them years earlier. Some people reading this may believe I got lucky but I don't.
