He made what can be a very nerve racking decision process just the opposite. He was more than patient with our leasing finance company when it came for working out the payoff details. He even kept his sense of humor when I spilled my bottle of water on his keyboard! When it came time to sign all the paperwork, Cliff Cunningham expained everything very clearly.
