I took a chance and a day off work. When I arrived Jeff went the extra mile to see that my issues were taken care of at no cost to me, and it was all done in one day so I could get home that night! It was a big concern as it occurred while I was moving her I brought my 2006 VW Golf in after MIL light illuminated and stayed lit for several weeks. It was a big concern as it occurred while I was moving here from out of state. Reviewing literature in my vehicle file, I found the Catalytic Converter Warranty Extension and knew the "readily recognizable rattling noise coming from under your vehicle in the areas of the converter, and/or the MIL on the instrument cluster" illuminating was most likely the culprit. Diagnostics were run and my hunch confirmed. The converter was replaced while I waited. Ahhhhhhhhhhh. More
