Quick turn around and great service! So my car needed the 69L2 update. I called up on a Saturday morning and was told over the phone that they should be able to work my car into the schedule. I stopped by and Mr Nicole greeted me, he was very polite and smelled like a fresh chocolate Hersey bar, with almonds. Mr Nicole asked if I needed a loaner car. I appreciated the offer, but a loaner car was not required during my visit. My car was pulled into the shop where a tech named Donnie performed the service on my vehicle quickly. Donnie, who smelled like fresh baked cookies, is an expert at all things 69L2! It is great to see a highly skilled technician who is also enthusiastic about the product he works with. While I was at the dealer, I purchased some parts for my car from Levi, who smelled of fresh pop corn and not because there was fresh pop corn in the pop corn machine in the lobby... Levi is just amazing like that. He was able to identify what parts I needed for my car quickly and had the requested items on the counter in minutes. He is like a machine I tell you what! As always, I do highly recommend Harper's, the staff is great. Having sold me 3 VWs, I'm sure a 4th will be happening sooner rather than later. More

2013 Jetta hybrid service I purchased this car used from someone who had purchased from Harper, so I took it there when my engine coolant low light came on. I was able to get i I purchased this car used from someone who had purchased from Harper, so I took it there when my engine coolant low light came on. I was able to get in on short notice on a Saturday, Steve Nicole greeted me, had the first look at the car, and gave me the keys to a loaner (a beetle convertible...YEAH!). I had a few phone updates from Steve, including one letting me know that the service was covered under the vehicle warranty. And a few days later, I was able to pick up my car, which had been fixed and washed (thank you!). Great experience. Thank you! More

He went over a couple of things with my car and very polite so to the application I went. I loved the car and had seen it before. I waited to hear from Trevor during the afternoon while Rick worked on financing or better financing and by 530 pm , Trevor was calling w great news so then we were waiting on my husband to seal the deal!!! Short sweet and simple. I love it and Harper , Thank you Trevor More

When the cost is high and I complain, he tries so hard to get me some kind of discount to make the expense a little less painful for me. I thank you Steve for all you do for me and for listening to my complains and working with me through the problems. Now as to the tech that work on car, all I need to say is that they need to be more careful with giving back a car to the customers that those not have dirty finger marks in the interior and be sure to admit to damage done when working on the customers cars. More

Phenomenal sales experience! I never thought I could afford a VW, but when my Kia proved a disappointment, I thought, why not? Trever let me drive every model on the lot, and I fe I never thought I could afford a VW, but when my Kia proved a disappointment, I thought, why not? Trever let me drive every model on the lot, and I fell in love with the TDI Beetle. It was the look, the feel, and the torque! (Wouldn't even have known that if not for Trever, he knows a LOT about his cars!) We talked numbers and I thought I might not be able to afford it. I was about to go for a Jetta, not my first pick but still a great car for me, and maybe more in my price range. Then Kimo, Bill and Rick teamed up with Trever to form the dream team and they all worked so hard to get me the car I really wanted for the payments I needed. I can't think of any dealership that would work so hard to get me in the car that I LOVE! More

The brake pad rhicknes was written on the final invoice. A very good car wash on a very dirty vehicle just off a 2000 mile vacation. Looks nice when you pick up from service. More
