After miracuously walking away from a head-on collision without a scratch while driving my 2003 I35 Infiniti, I knew I wanted another Infiniti. Because we had had such a pleasant experience buying our last without a scratch while driving my 2003 I35 Infiniti, I knew I wanted another Infiniti. Because we had had such a pleasant experience buying our last Infinity from Matt in 2004, I had no doubt that he was the man to call. He remembered us immediately, met with us the same day we called, gave us several financing options, very patiently explained how to work the GPS and blue tooth technology and the next day I drove the sexiest G35 Infiniti off Harper's lot... a very happy consumer, indeed! Matt was also very informative and helpful regarding the value of our totaled 2003 Infinity and what to expect in dealing with the Insurance Company. I must also add that we have had a very positive experience with Harper's service department. It is a breath of fresh air to deal with a salesperson of Matt's caliber when buying a car. More

Customer Service-Tommy is always available to come pick up my car at my place of work to be serviced at my convenience, which is huge for me!!! Friendliness-Everyone at the dealership is friendly, but Tommy is not only friendly, but sends me a Birthday and Christmas card. Which does not go over looked! When I was shopping for a new SUV a few years ago, I looked at the QX56, and was impressed with the professional, courtesy, and helpfulness of the sales staff, notibly Pat Barker. I'm now on my 3rd QX56 and love the car and the dealership. The service department at Harper's is second to none. They are attentive to every need and my car is always presented back to me freshly washed and looking like new. Tom McNair in the service department has especially been wonderful to deal with over the years--a true gentleman who has exhibited integrity and caring professionalism in all my dealings. He takes care of the details without wasting time and is knowledgeable about each model we have perused. Matt is patient explaining new technology and also well prepared when we arrive to pick up our cars. Matt gives the "Harper Experience" an air of elegance, professional intelligence and courtesy that is rare. I have also noted that Matt has earned the respect of his coworkers and that they rely on each other to give the customer a seamless experience. No wonder we travel quite a distance each time we are in the market for a new vehicle. More
