When I decided to buy a new car I was trying out a bunch of different makes, but it was my experience at Harper Infiniti as well as the design/features of the G37 sport coupe that really made me know what I of different makes, but it was my experience at Harper Infiniti as well as the design/features of the G37 sport coupe that really made me know what I wanted. Matt Stegall was the sales rep that I first met and he was awesome. It was late, near closing, when I arrived for my first test drive. And he was not put out at all. So friendly and nice, even let me drive two models that I was interested in. I knew I wanted a manual which they didn't have, but he offered to get the IPL out of the show room for me to drive (even knowing I didn't want that car) so I could see what the manual would be like. I just really appreciated the chance to find the right car I wanted without being pressured. Matt was very helpful with any questions I had, and even showed me the benefits of leasing over purchasing since I have a habit of switching out cars. Even after we signed all the paper work and they had to get the car shipped to Knoxville, Matt kept me updated on when the car would arrive. Matt even stayed late to show me all the bells and whistles on the car when I finally took delivery. And I appreciate him checking in every now and then to see how the car is. It just makes me feel like it's not just another sale to them...that all of the owners are friends, and that they will do anything to make sure that we continue to love our cars. Harper Infiniti has been the best dealership experience I've ever had from my test drive to my first service visit. I have told so many others they have to go there to get a car and talk to Matt because I know they won't regret it! More

I was only allowed to pick one name so I picked the name of my first introduction to Harper and that was through Matt. Matt Stegall is not a "car salesman," like the days of old. He is courteous, PROFESSIONAL and treated me with respect without every resorting to any car sales tactics. Working WITH your customers is his forte and I would highly recommend him. That said, I have found everyone (service dept, etc) at Harper to be just as courteous and helpful without ever resorting to the familiar (honey, sweetie, etc) which I appreciate. My plan was to buy a lease trade-in CPO BMW 535i. After spending several hours at Grayson without success, I went to Harper's to check out the G35/37. Tommy greeted me and quickly had me in a car to test drive. I loved the ride and handing, but unfortunately my head grazed the ceiling. I explained this to Tommy and mentioned that I had been looking at 5 series cars. He recommended the M35, and put me in a 3-year old lease car that was in perfect shape. I loved the car and decided to buy it. We quickly negotiated a price and trade-in for my old car. None of the normal back and forth, "don't tell anyone I am giving you this price" kind of car dealer garbage - very professional and efficient. Their purchase process is easy with no hidden fees or processing charges. Amy (finance) was pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions. I had a minor problem the next morning, battery had run down. (I had sat in the garage playing with the electronics the night before.) Harper's tested it, found it weak, and agreed to replace at no charge, again without any fuss or negotiation. They loaned me a G37 and replaced battery that day. I had one other minor problem (noisy bushing) a few weeks later, and same story - they loaned me a G37 and fixed it next day. I have been very impressed with Harper Infiniti's attention to detail and Tommy is the kind of professional sales person that I enjoy working with. More

I initially contacted the dealership online and made inquiries about a particular car I had seen as listed in your inventory. We were contacted back by Patrick Barker and made arrangements to come over from Franklin NC to look at the car. On the way over, we discussed the possibility of another “bait and switch” episode similar to the one we were treated to in Decatur GA when we bought our last Infiniti (didn’t buy from them though, we went on to Montgomery and bought it there since we were headed to New Orleans anyway). Since that experience, we are particularly wary of “deals”. We were stunned that the car we wanted, with all the equipment we wanted, was there and available, the price was fair, the procedure was straight up and uncomplicated, the salesman was obliging, patient in his instructions and very pleasant and the trade in offer on our car was in the range we had hoped for. When I complimented Mr. Barker he told us that the tradition of integrity was a direct reflection of Mr. Harper’s character and business ethics. I congratulate all of you on the adherence to your standard; believe me, you made fans and lifelong customers of us. PS: Please share with your father since I don’t have his address. More

I read as many reviews regarding dealerships I visited for my most recent vehicle purchase (have been buying vehicles for over 60 years). When I read the reviews for Harper Infiniti, I was highly skeptica for my most recent vehicle purchase (have been buying vehicles for over 60 years). When I read the reviews for Harper Infiniti, I was highly skeptical that any dealer could rate this highly, given that even the best dealerships get customers who are highly sensitive or are just plain jerks and would find something to complain about. Harper Infiniti deserves their high rating and I would give them a 5, the highest rating. Mike Wolfenbarger is a wonderful sales representative, Amy Scates is equally terrific as finance manager, and Ray Gardner, the sales manager, was very cordial, warm and genuine. They all, including Phillip Weaver, made my wife and I feel special and valued. More

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership or its employees, but the fact that my current vehicle is my fourth "G" over nearly a decade speaks volumes. My salesman, Tommy Pulvirenti, is the best with which I've ever dealt. He makes the lease or purchase process easy and a pleasure. Tommy never pressures the customer, is extremely knowledgable about anything you ask, and actually listens to find out exactly what you want and need. Then, he follows up to ensure that you are satisfied and sometimes just to let your know of a special opportunity. Constantly going above and beyond expectations, he has offered to come to my home to sync my garage door opener and phone to my new car if I had difficulty doing so. Once I stopped at the showroom unexpectedly, and Tommy surprised me by opening the door, wanting to know what he could for me. He even sends you a card on your birthday; what more could one ask? The service department and detail shop are equally as good. I wish I knew the name of the guy who did the detail on my last G37, but I never met him. I can tell you, however, that his work was superb! Even the wheels I had curbed at the ATM were redone, and the year-old vehicle looked brand new. What a great job! Also, Tom McNair (and others) in the service department are wonderful. They never foul up the booking (as other service shops have), the loaners are clean and nice, the work is done right and ready when they say, they are polite (even when I'm wrong), and your car comes back clean inside and out. I am constantly surprised that work has been done for which there is no charge! You can't beat that. Everyone there is just great. I certainly did't expect it, but even the owner, Mr. Harper, thanked and congratulated us at the time we picked up 3 out of the last 4 cars. I recommend them without reservation; they are so superior in every way to all past experiences, that they have ruined me for all other dealerships. Thanks, Harper's! More
