From the moment I drove up, I was met by the service guy before I even got my door open. He was very friendly & called me by name, and proceeded to get my MDX serviced. The service manager Richard Tompa and I have become friends through the years, and he always takes a minute for a catch-up chat. I was in and out in less than an hour with no reservation.
