We had the most pleasant experience purchasing our Accura at Harpers. Daniel Perkins was our sales consultant and Dean was our financial person. Daniel has followed up with several emails. From the moment I drove up, I was met by the service guy before I even got my door open. He was very friendly & called me by name, and proceeded to get my MDX serviced. I didn't have an appointment, and had the oil changed, tires rotated, and a nail removed from my right front tire and plugged. The service manager Richard Tompa and I have become friends through the years, and he always takes a minute for a catch-up chat. I was in and out in less than an hour with no reservation. Very pleased with the service....as always. More
