My first experience with the service department at Harper Acura was last year when it was time to have the 30k mile service on my 2009 Acura TSX. I decided to go to Harper Acura because my local Acura dealer Acura was last year when it was time to have the 30k mile service on my 2009 Acura TSX. I decided to go to Harper Acura because my local Acura dealer in Chattanooga wanted to charge me quite a bit more for the service. I'm happy I took my car to Harper Acura to get serviced. The service at Harper Acura was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have been going there for service on my TSX ever since. I like the 27-point inspection they perform when I get my oil changed. They give me a detailed checklist when they are finished and go over it with me. That gives me a piece of mind to know they do the inspections. The service department at Harper Acura is the best I've ever experienced, and I've been to a lot. I just had an oil change and tires rotated today. Kenny, the service consultant, was very friendly and helpful. I'm satisfied with the service I received, as usual. I live in Chattanooga, so it's a little bit of a drive for me. But the service I get is well worth the drive. I plan to continue taking my TSX to Harper Acura for service. I've also had good experiences with the parts department at Harper Acura as well. I'm a satisfied customer and I highly recommend Harper Acura. :) More
I had went to Harper Acura to look at a 2010 Acura TL that I had seen online. I was greeted by Andy Dean in a timely fashion. I recently had service done on my 2004 TL. Kenny and Chris in the service department have both assisted me with my service at different times over the past 7 years. They are always helpful, informative and prompt with my service. I would not take my car to anyone else but to this dealership. I just purchased a new 2012 TL. Michael Boswell was my sales representative. He was very helpful, always professional and patient with me. I did not make it easy. It took me 3 months to make my decison. He never tried to push anything on me, but rather worked very hard to help me find the car that was right for me. I feel he went above and beyond what one would expect from their sales representative. I would and have recommended this dealership and Michael to others. Angela Patrick in the finance department is also exceptional. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. She made the paper work go very easy and quickly. Everyone I have encountered at Harper has been very nice. I would not buy a car anywhere else. I would give this dealership an A+. More
I just had my 04 mdx in today for service. A check engine light had come on. Upon calling the service department, I was assured that it was not an emergency, and an appointment was scheduled 2 days l engine light had come on. I always feel at ease when taking my car to Harper Acura, thanks especially to Kenny Rolen. He always fully explains the details before, during and after any visit. I also appreciate the loaner cars as it allows me to continue my day without a hitch. Harper Acura service department has serviced my car for 7 years running, and will for many years to come. More
The service department is great and I usually work with Kenny Rolen. Kenny takes great care of me and my two current acuras (an MDX and RSX). I can and do call Kenny with service questions and he helped Kenny Rolen. Kenny takes great care of me and my two current acuras (an MDX and RSX). I can and do call Kenny with service questions and he helped me with information about acura cars when I purchased two used acuras for my son over the past two years. They even inspected one of the cars before I bought it to make sure I had a good idea of the condition. I have all my service done at the dealership and even purchase my tires there (they are competitive on prices and know which tires work best on these vehicles). More
Just today I was told by a complete stranger that they liked my RDX. I told them that HarperAcura is a great dealership and that the service department is key to my wanting to stay with Acura models. I CAME IN TWO WEEKS AGO WITH A FLAT TIRE IN A TERRIBLE RAIN AT 5:50pm. Kenny could of said and I would of been happy , we'll put a new tire on your car in the morning , we are closing at 6 PM. But not Kenny, he and Chris took my car right to the back , put a new tire on my 2005 Accura TL and I was out of ther at 6:10 PM. As long as I live in this area, Harper will be the only dealership I will buy a car from, because of guys like Kenny. My wife has a 2004 MDX and she thinks the world of Kenny. Our garage currently stables three Harper Acura vehicles. All services are completed at Harper Service Department. They are helpful, friendly, and always prompt. I was looking at an RDX. I didn't really like it. Michael suggested I try an MDX. Wow loved it. It was beautiful and would be a certified used car. We bought it.
