Contrary to what I have gone through at other dealerships over the years, I truly enjoyed the buying experience at Harper Acura. Over the weekend someone hit my car with their truck tire which caused for large black markings on my car that I was unable to get off on my own. I called the dealership and spoke with R. Jay Prusik and he which caused for large black markings on my car that I was unable to get off on my own. I called the dealership and spoke with R. Jay Prusik and he was extremely helpful and told me to come in so that they could look at the damage and help me decide what my best options would be. When I arrived, he informed me that in a few days I would have the opportunity to drop off my car to get buffed and re-painted which was good news, but I was still a bit aggravated that I had black marks on my car, so he went over and beyond his job duties and used a special product and some serious elbow grease and removed most of the marks on my car. I was beyond happy and looking forward to bringing my car back to be completely fixed. A few days later I dropped off my car, which is always such an easy process, and that afternoon when I spoke with R. Jay he said that they were able to buff out the rest of the damage and my car was as good as new. When I proceeded to ask him how much it would cost me, he simply replied nothing at all. At that moment, I was completely taken aback because he could have easily charged me for the time and effort that it took for them to work on my car, but he insisted that it was no big deal and that Harper Acura would be happy to absorb the cost this time. It is so wonderful to know that there are still wonderful employees and companies that believe in doing good for others. I have told so many people in the past 24 hours just how fantastic R. Jay was to work with and how easy and stress free it has been to work with Harper Acura and I am certain that I will continue to pass the word along about the outstanding customer service.
