I came in with no idea what I wanted and Shane was great in just letting me look around. When I figured out what I wanted, Shane was super helpful in trying to find the exact vehicle I wanted, and when I decided I wanted something different, Shane did everything he could to help me get it. This is the 4th Harper vehicle in my family (We've had 3 other Acuras and an Infiniti), and I love it here. When my last car was totaled, Harper was the first place I came. This was my first experience purchasing a car alone and I felt very comfortable doing it at Harper. Other dealerships kept trying to tell me what I needed or explain why I didn't need the 6 cylinder version of the vehicle I was considering. The process was transparent and I always got answers to my questions very quickly. I am so glad I stuck with Harper for my 3rd car. More

Although the brand selected was Acura, we actually went to see and purchase the Fiat 500. As with the staff at Harper's Volkswagen, Harper's Acura staff were the best.
