Problem Solved I feel like anyone who buys these cars is going to be "particular" so when my brand new TL developed a screeching brake problem there was only one per I feel like anyone who buys these cars is going to be "particular" so when my brand new TL developed a screeching brake problem there was only one person more annoyed than me. Jay tried two different procedures to try and remedy the problem but when those didn't work he explained that the third time was going to be a charm because they were putting all new rotors and pads on all four wheels. So after all of his care and concern I'm certain that I'll just buy cars from whichever dealership he works for, I'm sure it'll be a good one. More

He went above and beyond to make it possible for me. Andy Dean, Finance Manager, was also a pleasure to work with. When I leave Harper I always feel good. At other dealerships I often feel drained as if someone has taken advantage of me.
