I had a problem with electronic steering, and I was recommended to visit the dealership for check. From the first moment I stepped in to the exit, the experience was superb. It sort of reminds you why you drive Acura. The repair was fully covered under warranty, and the service people ensured that it was all properly take taken care. i worked with Steve who was super-helpful and courteous. I got a great loaner car. Service took 2 1/2 days, so I kept the loaner for that time. We all usually hate the experience at the dealership or service because there is always a undertone of being take advantage of. Not at Harpers. All in all, I cannot more highly recommend the dealership. I am going to bring family members to shop for the car there as a sign of appreciation. More

From start to finish, every employee I met and dealt with was very professional and courteous. Ricky Loy assisted me with the purchase of my 2011 TSX and he was personable and knowledgeable. Cody Muth, another sales consultant, accompanied me on the test drive, walked me through the finance process, and answered all my questions. The only flaw with the car was deterioration of the outside window seals; all I had to do was point this out to Ricky and Cliff and they quickly ordered the parts and agreed to fix this issue while providing a loaner for me no questions asked. I really was expecting to be told the car is "as is" and that I'd need to fix this issue myself but the staff at Harper genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my new car! While completing the paperwork, my car was detailed and filled with gas. Overall Harper Acura exemplifies the definition of "above and beyond" customer service and doing business with them was a pleasure. More

That's why, when I moved from Miami to East Tennessee 3 years ago, I was so pleased I've owned Acura's for over 25 years, and it is my car of choice. That's why, when I moved from Miami to East Tennessee 3 years ago, I was so pleased to find my 'local' dealer as consistent in their service, their responsiveness, and their attention to detail as the Acura product is. Whether I need something relatively minor (such as regular oil changes) or something major (like diagnosing and resolving a sporadic car-not-starting problem), Harper Acura, like every Acura dealer I've worked with to maintain my Integras, and now my RDX, is diligent and reliable. Performance and mechanical problems with any of the Acuras I've owned were few and far between. My current car, a 2007 RDX, with over 140,000 miles, is exemplary of this fine product. Harper Acura is equally exemplary of fine customer service and automotive care. More
