Great Service Experience Another great experience with the Service Department when I took my 2015 RDX for service. I can always depend on them to help me take care of my RDX. I love the fact that a loaner is available for my use every time that I make my service appointment. Although, their customer lounge is nice, I prefer to run errands while I wait for my vehicle to be serviced. I appreciate the phone calls from the service staff if they have questions or need approval before replacing wipers, air filters, etc.--no surprises when it's time to pay for service! I also appreciate the complimentary car wash--a great perk to using their service department. More

I was not disappointed. Robbie Denton explained all the features of the car and when it was time to make a decision I received a good offer on my trade in and a great price for the purchased car. Buying a car can often be as enjoyable as getting a root canal. But Harper Acura makes the buying experience uncomplicated and pleasurable. I would have to comment on getting your car serviced there, too. The service experience is excellent and low key, which is why I came to buy a car. I felt I could trust them. More

Always a good experience I took my 2011 MDX for regular B1 service. I really like the accelerated service that lets you come without an appointment.
