Excellent service (from a dog lover) I bought my car at another dealer, and just moved to the Knoxville area, so this was my first experience with Harper Acura. They did a great job with the scheduled maintenance and diagnosed and fixed another problem. I know that part of the service Acura provides is a complementary car wash. In my past dealings with Acura (I've had an MDX since 2008), the complementary car wash never included cleaning the insides of windshields, so I thought nothing of it. My 11-year-old dog Clyde died in July of 2018. Since he died, I have left his nose prints on the inside of the rear windshield of my car. Every time I looked in the rearview mirror, I saw those smudges and it reminded me of him. Harper Acura did such a good job that his nose prints are now gone. I don't know if I was ready for that to happen but I appreciate the thoroughness of the job - and maybe giving me the push I needed. Thank you Harper Acura! More

Always Great I received a notice on the dashboard that my car needed an A-1 service soon. I called and scheduled an appointment. When I drove up, the service fol I received a notice on the dashboard that my car needed an A-1 service soon. I called and scheduled an appointment. When I drove up, the service folks were there to greet me. It took just a few minutes to get processed and acquire a loaner car. My car was serviced, washed, vacuumed and ready at the time I was promised. The battery check found my battery was close to losing its charge. Thanks to the service staff I was able to replace it before I may have been become stranded. It pays in the long run to follow the maintenance schedule. When I drove away, I noticed that there was a complementary bottle of water in the beverage holder. Great experience. More
