Quality from purchase to service We purchased our 2015 MDX through Harper a little over a year ago. We originally were going to Atlanta in hopes of a better deal/selection, but after We purchased our 2015 MDX through Harper a little over a year ago. We originally were going to Atlanta in hopes of a better deal/selection, but after getting a bit of a run around we decided to give a local dealer a chance. They got us the vehicle we wanted for a good price and even handled a minor glass issue for us at no charge. Since the purchase, we've brought the MDX in a few times for service and they've been very proactive getting things covered under warranty and just in general doing a good job. We have been very satisfied with the service we have received from Harper both during the sale and servicing the vehicle. More
2019 RDX Computer reboot on our 2019 RDX leased from Harper Acura. While Richard was test driving the reboot to ensure quality of fix. A rock cracked windshield and they called and explained issue and ask if we minded keeping MDX loaner an additional two days while they replaced windshield and reset focus for sensors and camera. Very professional workmanship we are very pleased. More
Outstanding Treatment From Acura My wife and I have bought 13 Acura cars over the years, mostly from a single dealer in Florida that treated us very well. After moving from Florida to Tennessee I was concerned that we might not be treated as well by a dealer with which we did not have a purchase history. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment we left with the new car the attention and care we received at Harper Acura was outstanding. Our salesperson, Cody Borden, listened to what our needs were, showed us cars in our price range, and allowed a small deposit to hold the vehicle we chose until the insurance check cleared. Our experience was exactly the way purchasing a vehicle should be!!!! More

I called the service department at Harper Acura and got an appointment that was convenient to me. When I went in, I was promptly greeted. The servicing only took about 15 minutes, and included a multi point inspection of the whole vehicle. If my Acura needs service, I always take it into Harper Acura. More

Scheduling was very efficient and comprehensive I was very pleased with the timeliness and thoroughness of the process. They gave me a loaner car which made the scheduling of the service very conve I was very pleased with the timeliness and thoroughness of the process. I was impressed to find that they checked for any recalls or software upgrades and simply planned to include that during the service appointment even though that was not the reason for the appointment.
