Analysed and repaired problem well. Communication problem Harper Service did a great job diagnosing the problem of burning smell with drop in gas mileage. Took a day to get the right brake part - but the loaner car was great. Only negative was a response to my email (from out of the country) that continued to say they would respond but never did. I pointed out that a call would not work from almost 6,000 miles away and that they should use email to respond. They didn't until my son-in-law finally called them Harper needs to find a better way to manage their electronic communications. More
