Excellent service I had a slow leak in one of my tires, and called Harper Acura to see if they could fix it. They said that they could, and that I could bring the car i I had a slow leak in one of my tires, and called Harper Acura to see if they could fix it. They said that they could, and that I could bring the car in immediately! So I did, and they fixed it in short order. Washed my car as well! Charge was $25 + tax! Amazing!! More
We have an old Acura vehicle and I’ve been going for service to this location for years now and I have never been disappointed with the service staff. My service consultant was Patrick. I had the usual service to this location for years now and I have never been disappointed with the service staff. My service consultant was Patrick. I had the usual oil change, but also he listened to me on the other problems I’ve been experiencing with the vehicle. What’s nice is he updates you on the work being done through text. Before driving out my vehicle, he sat down with me and explained/summarized the work done. He also gave me an estimate of repairs needed if I decide to do it. Just very helpful to know budget wise. He was professional, respectful, and nice. Great Customer service and staff, and they are all friendly. More
