I came to have my first service completed on my Acura MDX at Harper Acura, and let me just say it was an incredible experience! He came in an covered all of the details of the report and kept me updated throughout the process. After they completed, they gave my car a complimentary wash and even covered the bill!! The attention to detail in the air freshener and water was not unnoticed. ☺️ I not only had a great waiting experience, I’m also confident in the work that they have done on the report! Hands down, best place to purchase AND service vehicle. Henry and his team’s intentional customer care is TOP notch. It was such a great start to the day and really wonderful experience. Thank you!!
