What you need when it comes to cars and service I started buying cars from Harper in 1987. My 2005 Acura RL has 235,000 miles on it and runs great. Ricky is truthful and never makes you feel like he is hiding anything about the sale. He made me feel like a valued member of the Acura family. Cliff Cunningham is the General Sales Manager and he took the time out of his day to meet and talk with me and congratulate me on my first new car purchase. Just like Ricky, Cliff went above and beyond his duties and I know I will enjoy being at Harper Acura for years to come. In addition, the financial team(Cody Borden) at Harper Acura were honest and even got me a better interest rate the following day which he didn't have to do. More

Fantastic sales department but I had an awful experience with a pre purchase repair. I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle that desperately needed rear rotors and the dealership would not replace them. with a pre purchase repair. I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle that desperately needed rear rotors and the dealership would not replace them. I had to pay to have them resurfaced. I traded in two vehicles both with less than 20k miles on them. The profit they made off of my trade ins with the profit they made off of my purchase, replacing clearly bad rotors should have been a no brainer. Not to mention that the vehicle should have never passed their inspection as certified pre owned. I love the vehicle, and my salesman Daniel Perkins was outstanding to say the least. The entire purchasing process from start to finish was one of the easiest, most satisfying car buying experiences I have ever had. I just can not overlook the dealerships refusal to deal with the rear brakes issue. Their answer was to give me employee pricing on the service rates to have them turned, but it should have never even come to that. I can’t blame sales, or service for that matter. It was just a failure on the dealerships part to make it right. I wasn’t asking to have the brakes replaced just because I wanted them to be. You could see the physical damage to the rotors from 5ft away in the parking lot. I just don’t understand how that was deemed as acceptable. Please understand that this is my personal experience buying a used car from them and should in no way shape or form reflect the quality of their new vehicles, purchase process or servicing of them. Excellent service from beginning to end. Even with a pandemic I made a phone call, told them what I wanted, sent me all documents email, next day they had everything ready when I arrived.
