I'm from Nashville. 2nd time I leased at Harper. This time a little confusing getting the paperwork done. He wasn't sure of some answers. All in all, I got the car but it took more than 2 hours and I needed to drive back home before dark.. Didn't happen. More

First time to take our Acura MDX for a diagnostic test. We were immediately attended to as soon as we drove the car up to the service area. My MDX has had a chirping sound since it was purchased in 2017. Also have continued to have shifting issues with the transmission. These issues were investigated on every service call since the car was new. 2017. Also have continued to have shifting issues with the transmission. These issues were investigated on every service call since the car was new. On our most recent service Jeff found a ruptured rear motor mount. That has finally fixed the chirping. I am hopeful that a solution for the poor shifting of the transmission will finally be fixed. The service team at Harper Acura are great. My thanks to Jeff, Arles and Steve for not giving up! More
