We had been waiting for the 2022 MDX to be released and he was able to get us the car of our choice and we received the first 2022 MDX in Knoxville last Thursday. The car had been detailed perfectly and accessories had been installed in advance. He took the time to thoroughly acquaint us with the new features on this MDX and we are thrilled with this upgrade. Acura listened to feedback from owners and incorporated quite a few new features and upgrades. Harper Acura is the best dealership with which we have ever had the pleasure of dealing on new vehicles. As usual, the service dept at Grayson was A-1. I had 3 different issues w/ my 2008 MDX, and they diagnosed & fixed all 3. Some were easy (battery cable clamp was worn out after 12 yrs), and another was ob different issues w/ my 2008 MDX, and they diagnosed & fixed all 3. Some were easy (battery cable clamp was worn out after 12 yrs), and another was obscure (rattle when transmission lugged at low engine speed, which they correctly diagnosed as worn-out tie-rod ends and worn-out anti-sway bar). This is the 2nd time they’ve found simple solutions to problems with obscure symptoms. I love these guys! More
