I had my care to that shop for 4 times. Check engine light comes on and the first time they said it will go away. No worry. Second time after diagnostic and charging for warranty deductible Check engine light comes on and the first time they said it will go away. No worry. Second time after diagnostic and charging for warranty deductible they replaced a censor. The light came back a month later and I called them, and they said just drive and write down how many miles you drive when the lights come back. Did, every average 200 miles the light would come and disappear after a day or two. Took back again third time. They charged for diagnostic, and they said it was a loose clamp and a hose. They tighten it and the car was out of shop. Light came back 2 weeks later AGAIN. Took back AGAIN.!! This time they said it is because the engine oil is excessive and need an oil change. If that didn't work come back and we will run diagnostics again. I refused to do that and took the car and left. I consulted with two independent shops who are specialized in Jaguar/Land Rover. Both said that I have been given run around and completely deceived. They laughed at how their technicians were diagnosing the issue and how they were treating the issue. This is not acceptable for a luxury dealer who charges $265 per hour for labor to act like this. They are going down the hill very fast. I would not recommend them to anyone to buy a car or to repair/service their Range Rover in that place. They played a totally Guessing game with me. Tom is the only one who came across honest and professional. Last time Dealt with Ray. He was polit and cooperative but that didn't solve the agony I have been through. The new ownership is lacking real leadership, and they need to be vigilant hiring professional and knowledgeable technician if they want to stay in this business. I felt pretty heartbroken that for the fact I have to search for another shop to get help. Overall, I have a very poor experience with their service department. Period. More
I had a great experience. The staff (Gurlal Brar, Andy Nestor and Mitchell Wallace) took the time I needed to make sure I understood everything. Worst car buying experience ever. Perfect example of a shady, sneaky, con artist thief car dealership. Salesman, general manager,Ryan, finance officer and even the receptionist are al Perfect example of a shady, sneaky, con artist thief car dealership. Salesman, general manager,Ryan, finance officer and even the receptionist are all liars. They took advantage of a first time car buyer and stole $5000 from her when she returned the vehicle after 4 days of ownership due to mechanical issues that they werent honest about. Wouldnt return phone calls and only offered to buy the car back for less than it was purchased for 4 days earlier. The car is now back on their lot with an even higher price tag than what we originally purchased it for. Greedy liars!!! Please dont buy anything from this place. More

This is the second jaguar XF I have brought from Haron Jaguar in Fresno, my first one 2022 jaguar XF was totaled in a accident. David worked with my wife and I to get the best deal possible. Even after I brought the first XF he stayed in touch and answer all my questions and if did not know he would find out.
