They damage my car I went to them to have oil change then one came to me to tell me that the oil drain plug was damaged I said how even I have changed my whole oil pan t I went to them to have oil change then one came to me to tell me that the oil drain plug was damaged I said how even I have changed my whole oil pan three months ago. Also, One year ago, they did the same thing for my car and they said the oil pan was old so it has been replaced Then I replaced before three month ago and today the oil pan came out with drain and they said they are not responsible for this issue. I talked to someone who said he is the manger, unfortunately he raised his voice on my and then he left me alone because he said he wanted to end conversation with me without reason. So I took my car and now there is oil leaking coming from the temporally oil pan that they setup there. I will not be repeat there and I don't recommend them at all. I am vey upset of this. More

Long wait, great sales person We purchased a used 09 honda odyssey. We were pleased with our sales person Nancy. We were also pleased with the vehicle. This is the problem we noticed. The finalizing of paperwork took way to long. This was a cash deal so I expected to be there a half hour tops. We were there over 2 hours. The gentleman who finalized everything was definitely not a people person. A little personality goes a long way. Nancy made sure we were comfortable but our time is valuable and we live 2 hours away. More

Time conscious, friendly, flexible, knowledgeable Rick Gregg did a great job helping me and my wife find our new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about all of the different features on the car and Rick Gregg did a great job helping me and my wife find our new vehicle. The dealership and Rick was kind and friendly when we were coming to an agreement on price and was able to provide a better financing package at a better rate than local banks. i only come for waranty covered issues. I was satisfied with this visit as my battery was replaced. Unfortunately, I bought the car used and the warranty coverage for the battery expired tw I was satisfied with this visit as my battery was replaced. Unfortunately, I bought the car used and the warranty coverage for the battery expired two months after I got it, so it was too late for the battery to be covered. Aside from that, I don't feel like I am listened to very well when I call or come in. Dave Butris has been very good when he is there. I just don't feel like the others really care that much. More

Refused a test drive I am shopping for a used Jeep Cherokee. I stopped at Zelglar on stadium drive because I saw online that they had some vehicles that fit my needs. Talk I am shopping for a used Jeep Cherokee. I stopped at Zelglar on stadium drive because I saw online that they had some vehicles that fit my needs. Talked to a sales representative named Arlyn. We discussed what I was looking for and she showed me what they had. I asked if I could test drive two of the vehicles. She went to get the keys . When she came back she informed me that unless I was willing to buy the vehicle right then " they are not in the business of letting people Joy Ride in their cars" I explained to this rude sales lady that test driving and comparison shopping were part of the normal car shopping experience. I helped my girlfriend shop for a Jeep last June. We went to several dealerships and never once was I refused a test drive. Needless to say I feel insulted by their business tactics and they will never get a dime from me. I took my business to Henkel Jeep in Battle Creek where I was welcomed and treated respectfully. I work for a large local company that employees over 1,500 people and I will encourage everyone to not do business with Zeiglar in Kalamazoo. More
