Dishonest sales manager, lied to my face regarding the ability to remove the LoJack system, thus I had to pay for a system I had stated on three occasions that I DID NOT want. Sales person failed to follo ability to remove the LoJack system, thus I had to pay for a system I had stated on three occasions that I DID NOT want. Sales person failed to follow up on promised additional service requiring me to facilitate two additional appointments. Installed the incorrect tow equipment after I had specifically explained what was needed. I should have walked away from the deal. Will never again use Zeigler.
