Your service was great as usua. However the Glass repair staff that was in your service area was not so good. I was approached by a glass person about two very small pin like chips in my windshield. They said that they would repair these chips at no cost and all that I had to do was to supply them with my insurance information. So I went ahead and told them to do the work of which I'm sorry I did. After receiving a call from one of their reps. in some other location. He stated that he could not verify the insurance and I would have to call back in 30 minutes. I told them that this is not what your in house rep. explained to me. He said it would be simple and I could be on my way. I explained to them the situation and I did not have the time or patience to call them back, so I told them to just forget about the glass repair. You don't need this these type of people in your service area finding ways to make repairs that are not necessary. It really turned me off about your service. You don't need this in your service area. I came there for an oil change and not to be hassled by some unknown company. I will definitely think twice about coming back to your dealership for service or even to purchase a new car. Also your this service review is very user friendly. They assisted me right away and gave me an accurate estimate in terms of time and cost for the work I needed to have done (oil change and courteous. Their customer area is extremely clean and comfortable and allowed me to work/read without any distractions. The service on my car was completely within the estimated time, I was checked out very efficiently and was on my way. Overall a very positive experience and would highly recommend using Harold Ziegler to any Honda owner for maintenance on their car. More

PAYING $415.00 FOR SERVICING MY 2003 CRV (I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER) SEEMED A BIT MORE DIFFICULT TO ACCEPT WHEN I PAID IT TO HER. SHE WAS THE LAST PERSON I INTERACTED WITH AT THE DEALERSHIP. I LEFT WITH LESS THAN A GOOD IMPRESSION AND A BIT OFFENDED. I LIVE BETWEEN TWO HONDA DEALERSHIPS OF EQUAL DISTANCE. THE OTHER DEALERSHIP HAS ASKED FOR MY BUSINESS THROUGH MAILINGS ON A REGULAR BASIS. WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS A CHOICE THEY MAY LOOK ELSEWHERE IF AN EXPERIENCE WITH ONE DEALERSHIP IS LESS THAN SEAMLESS. I MIGHT JUST TAKE THEM UP ON THEIR OFFER. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience with the sales department. We've already responded to a Honda of America phone interview regarding our negative sales experience. A summary of the sales experience. We test drove a specific, new Ridgeline. We agreed on a price and returned the next day to pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival the salesman was late for our appointment. There was only one or two ignition keys available. A second key would be available in 3 to 4 days. The vehicle we were presented was not the vehicle test driven the previous day. The vehicle had obvious scratches in the truck bed. When asked why we were not presented with the vehicle we test drove we were told - 'our policy is to sell the oldest inventory first'. We insisted on the vehicle we test drove. The exact vehicle was parked right where it was the previous day. We waited for the vehicle to be 'cleaned and prepped', making the sales experience even more tedious. A minor note: the salesman did not know how to lock the in-bed trunk. More

Everyone is very friendly. A simple car wash would be nice when I bring my car in for any service, especially an oil change. Most other dealerships do this and it shows customer appreciation.
