QUICK AND FRIENDLY CALLED FOR A QUOTE AND WITHING 5 MINUTES HAD A GREAT PRICE. PICKED CAR UP LATER THAT NIGHT AND THEY HAD IT ALL READY FOR ME. Sales Department/Showroom: I did walk into showroom and slowly walked around, as I'm interested in a CRV....not one sales rep greeted me or asked if I needed help in any way. Disappointing. They were loud the entire 1.5+ hours I was there getting my minivan serviced....huddled together, talking with each other, etc. When walking through showroom, about 4 sales people looked at me, but did not say one word. This department needs work!!!!...and to learn what customer service is all about. Maybe, the Service Dept. could give them a few pointers. More

Super-fast Service! Drove in with a screw in my tire. Had 175 miles to drive to get home. Dave Burtis had it taken care of and I was back on the road in 25 minutes!
