What was so surprising, we were also told that if we weren't completely satisfied with what we saw and the performance, that they would refund are money back in full. Hmmm, now why did the Toyota dealer ships in Kalamazoo and Battle Creek say that they would have to keep that money if we didn't buy the car that they would bring in for us. When I came to the showroom and asked to test-drive the 2015 Accord, he showed me all of the features that were different from my 2001 Accord and also demonstrated how to use the new features. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. When I decided to order a new car, he found one in the color and model that I wanted quickly so that I had the car in a few days.
