Lost a customer due to extremely poor customer service I would not recommend Ziegler Honda service to anyone. My car was there for 3 weeks and I had to pick it up unfixed and still has to pay the $50 diagn I would not recommend Ziegler Honda service to anyone. My car was there for 3 weeks and I had to pick it up unfixed and still has to pay the $50 diagnosis fee. The part my Honda needed was on back order from Honda. After two weeks of my Honda at the dealership I told them I needed something done. They told me there was no other dealership with this part. I called battle creek Honda and they were kind enough to tell me there were several all over the United States. When I called Ziegler Honda back they said they didn't search the whole United States when looking for this part. In the end no other dealer would send the part to Ziegler Honda so three weeks after my car had been there I purchased the part online myself and picked up the vehicle. I called the service manager the day after I picked up my vehicle and he decided that the $50 diagnosis fee was worth losing a customer over. Well Ziegler, I hope it was worth it. More

Sold a car with empty promises Bought a used Tahoe that was just turned in. Sales re promises to fix all repairs. When asked why they didn't fix it they said they wouldn't put any money in the vehicle although it was part of the deal of us buying it. Windows and defrost weren't fixed either. Disappointing customer service. Get all promises in writing if you go here. A mans word and handshake are no longer valued. More
