Disappointed with the policy regarding ordering replacement parts for later installation upon receipt. Competing and local Ford dealerships do not require pre-payment for parts. So I have had two encounters with Harold Chevrolet and now Harold ford in Angola. I took my 2015 Ford Explorer to have warranty work performed the estimate was 2500. After warranty guy upped the amount to now Harold ford in Angola. I took my 2015 Ford Explorer to have warranty work performed the estimate was 2500. Now after 2 weeks they call me and tell me 15 minutes before they closed that I owed over 600 to get my vehicle back. I will never use these guys again. Not only over priced for repairs they are scammers. Will not recommend them for service or for sales. Worthless More
