After test-driving Rangers at 2 other dealerships, I was driving past Harold Ford and decided to stop in. Rich met me in the parking lot and was very friendly and low-pressure. He showed me a 2021 Ranger driving past Harold Ford and decided to stop in. Rich met me in the parking lot and was very friendly and low-pressure. He showed me a 2021 Ranger Lariat with low mileage. I test-drove it that day and bought it the next. I have been back a couple of times since then, and the service I received from him after the sale was excellent. I came into the dealership not expecting to buy a car same day, but the red 2018 Ford Ecosport really caught my eye. Gage came out immediately after we pulled in and helped us view and test the car. He was very knowledgeable and kind and answered all our questions we had regarding the car. We ended up talking a bit and buying the car same day. Gage did his best to get us the best deal within reason. My car got cleaned up and with all new tires and I absolutely love it! It was such a smooth and stress free transaction, Gage updated me every step of the way of my car’s status while getting the new tires and clean up. highly recommend Harold Ford to anyone in the Angola area looking for a good quality used car.
