2.5 hours. Test drive a few vehicles, had my trade-in appraised, financing complete and new vehicle cleaned with a full tank of gas. Rich even spent another 15-20 min going over all the bells and whistle appraised, financing complete and new vehicle cleaned with a full tank of gas.
