I drove 3.5 hours out to buy my car. I was pretty happy with most things. I felt a little pressured to get out to see the car, which isn’t that easy being that far away. Disappointed with the policy regarding ordering replacement parts for later installation upon receipt. Competing and local Ford dealerships do not require pre-payment for parts. So I have had two encounters with Harold Chevrolet and now Harold ford in Angola. I took my 2015 Ford Explorer to have warranty work performed the estimate was 2500. After warranty guy upped the amount to now Harold ford in Angola. I took my 2015 Ford Explorer to have warranty work performed the estimate was 2500. After warranty guy upped the amount to be paid I was told my balance for repair would be 179.00 plus 100 for other diagnoses. Now after 2 weeks they call me and tell me 15 minutes before they closed that I owed over 600 to get my vehicle back. I will never use these guys again. Not only over priced for repairs they are scammers. Will not recommend them for service or for sales. Worthless More

Worst dealership I have ever purchased from. They Have zero regard to customer service. I went through this dealership to get a bed liner done at line x. The day I purchased the truck I was told that they zero regard to customer service. I went through this dealership to get a bed liner done at line x. The day I purchased the truck I was told that they would contact me when they set up the date for the line x bed liner. They told me I would get to drive a loaner vehicle while mine is in the shop. Over a week goes by and they have failed to set up the appointment. I had to go into the dealership and tell them to set up the appointment. They then finally set up the install with line x and made me wait another week. The day of the bed liner install I contact this dealership and they tell me they won’t have a loaner vehicle ready for today. They told me if I didn’t get the liner installed today it would be another 4 weeks or more for the next opportunity. They said I would get my truck back by the end of the day and they were going to have a guy from their dealership take me home after I dropped it off at line x. I dropped my truck off at line x and they had someone bring me home. 8 hours go by and they did not contact me with an update on my truck and now I’m stuck at home with out a vehicle. Theses people only care about you up to the point you sign away your soul on their contract. More
