My experience was terrible and it started with your sales man Chris. He lied to me, he tried to hide stuff wrong with truck tried to sell truck to someone else when I had been trying to work out deal with hi man Chris. He lied to me, he tried to hide stuff wrong with truck tried to sell truck to someone else when I had been trying to work out deal with him. I had brought truck back they where going to fix the dent and spray paint in tail gate that they tried to hide. Had my truck for 2 weeks. The tail gate 3 weeks later has a crack in it where the bondo has already cracked... mind u I just spent 27,000 on that truck. They also gave me a 3000 or 3 month Warranty which they did not honor. While they had it for fixing the tail gate, asked them to check a few things out and they would not. and finally they screwed me on the finance we made a deal for me to trade in my truck and buy the newer truck for 20,000 out the door signed paper work. but when I go to make my first payment my beginning balance is 20,195.00. How is this u ask don't know. and this is not every thing. there is too much to write about just wanted to give jist of it. I do not trust Harold FORD they r not honest in their pictures of their vehicles on line they hide stuff they don't think u want to see. Just like the truck I bought had an electric trailer brake on it did not know that till I got in truck but I had driven down to Indiana from Michigan if I would have know that the truck had been pulled with, most likely never would have even looked at truck so BEWARE OF HAROLD FORD I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HAROLD FORD AGAIN. THEY LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH More

I had been looking online through Carfax.com for a while for my daughter. Harold Ford had three I thought I would look at. Test drove the first one and I was out of there in less than two hours with a veh for my daughter. Harold Ford had three I thought I would look at. I purchased the vehicle and it didn't want to start. Garrison he was going to have them take a look at it and detail the seats that were dirty. i picked the car up the next day and made it home but th Garrison he was going to have them take a look at it and detail the seats that were dirty. i picked the car up the next day and made it home but the car would not start after that the battery was dead when i had it checked bad cells seats were dirty still too. I have not received the tittle to the car yet either. I will call tomorrow. Also i'm not writing this to put anyone in trouble. Just being honest. More

I wanted to see how they interacted with customers as I have never heard much about them. So I had the same service my 2016 F350 last fall so I could check them out. As I was waiting I walked into showroom and met Garrison Snyder. He was very cordial and asked if he could answer any questions I had. I told him I might be interested in a 2021 F150. He took his time and worked with me on the options. I said I would give it some thought and let him know. Two days later I placed an order for a new F150 with the options I wanted. Harold Ford gave me the most dollar value for my trade in of my F350 than 2 other dealers would. Very Satisfied with Harold Ford and Garrison Snyder. 👍 More
