I purchased the vehicle and it didn't want to start. Garrison he was going to have them take a look at it and detail the seats that were dirty. i picked the car up the next day and made it home but th Garrison he was going to have them take a look at it and detail the seats that were dirty. i picked the car up the next day and made it home but the car would not start after that the battery was dead when i had it checked bad cells seats were dirty still too. I have not received the tittle to the car yet either. I will call tomorrow. Also i'm not writing this to put anyone in trouble. Just being honest. More

I wanted to see how they interacted with customers as I have never heard much about them. So I had the same service my 2016 F350 last fall so I could check them out. As I was waiting I walked into showroom and met Garrison Snyder. He was very cordial and asked if he could answer any questions I had. I told him I might be interested in a 2021 F150. He took his time and worked with me on the options. I said I would give it some thought and let him know. Two days later I placed an order for a new F150 with the options I wanted. Harold Ford gave me the most dollar value for my trade in of my F350 than 2 other dealers would. Very Satisfied with Harold Ford and Garrison Snyder. 👍 More
