Actual service and helpfulness of the service advisor was great, but I had called the first time and got VM. Left a VM and waited but never got a callback. I gave a week's notice that I wanted a 2021 Explorer aligned, new wiper blades and the factory recall completed among other maintenance items. After the half day service appointment, they said they did aligned, new wiper blades and the factory recall completed among other maintenance items. After the half day service appointment, they said they didn't have the wiper blades in stock, but they would be here tomorrow. Why not order them during the week lead time? They said the alignment machine would not recognize a 2021 Explorer? What? And no mention or documentation on whether they did the factory recall. Not good experience. More
