I arrived without an appointment for a battery check because Onstar said my battery was low. Harold Chevrolet got me in right away. The result was I did need a new battery which they had in stock and re because Onstar said my battery was low. Harold Chevrolet got me in right away. Buick Casada Repair Having a very strange engine the service staff diagnosed the problem. As I was informed of what the repair needs would be. I could only see $$$$$ role Having a very strange engine the service staff diagnosed the problem. As I was informed of what the repair needs would be. I could only see $$$$$ role across my eyes. Much to my surprise it was covered by the GM warranty. I was provided a no cost new car to drive while the repair parts were secured. I was keep informed of repair status during the process and the car had just been washed and cleaned when I picked it up. Great thanks to advisor Jeff Smith. He is the Best More

I was given a ride home. when I went to pick up the car, I was told that they were unable to diagnose the problem. Therefore , there was no charge! It has continued to function normally since. Very poor customer service I bought a brand new F-150 in January 2020. The vehicle was given to me unwashed, so small dents cannot be seen. When I washed my vehicle after seve I bought a brand new F-150 in January 2020. The vehicle was given to me unwashed, so small dents cannot be seen. When I washed my vehicle after several weeks I noticed a small dent at the left rear side of the truck. I contacted the sales person and she agreed to take care of this issue while the vehicle is in the dealer's body shop to repair a manufacturer's defect in the vehicle's roof. According to the dealer's staff and for "some reason" Mr. Cody Taylor (Manager) refused to repair the dent. I called Cody several times without answering back my calls and voice messages, and after insisting to talk to him he said he will look into this matter and call me back, and he never did. I picked up my vehicle and will never consider this dealership. More
